Level 3 and Global Crossing Receive Regulatory Approvals

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and FLORHAM PARK, N.J., Sept. 29, 2011 – Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: LVLT) and Global Crossing Limited (NASDAQ: GLBC) today announced that the U.S. Department of Justice has cleared Level 3’s previously announced acquisition of Global Crossing. The clearance completes the process under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (HSR), and is effective immediately. Read more of this entry
