In accepting the award, NuVue President & COO James Stuber said, “We are very pleased to have the judges’ validation of the value of NuVue’s product offerings and our plans for bringing them to market. With the recent FDA approval of our first product, our ColorMarkTM enhanced ultrasound biopsy needles, we are ready to begin selling. And with the background of NuVue’s founder, Roger Kolasinski, we know how to bring a product to market. We look forward to making these remarkable needles available to practitioners.”

Stuber explained that the ColorMarkTM biopsy needles give a bright, clear image of biopsy needles in real-time during a procedure, helping to avoid repeats and missed diagnoses. He said that NuVue will follow its diagnostic products with treatments for inoperable liver, pancreatic and other hard-to-treat cancers that are targeted to the tumor and spare the patient from the toxic effects of systemic chemotherapy.
