NJTC Annual Meeting Program: How to Develop a Culture of Innovation, Results of the NJTC Technology Industry Employment Survey, and State of NJTC and Technology Outlook Address

WHAT: The New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) Annual Meeting
KEYNOTE: Jon Gertner, the author of The Idea Factory: Bell Labs and the Great Age of American Innovation will be the keynote speaker. NJTC members will have the opportunity to learn first-hand how Bell Labs was able to motivate its team to develop the revolutionary products that changed the way we all live, work and play. Attendees will learn how to develop a culture within their own company that supports and inspires innovation.

RESEARCH: The results of NJTC’s Technology Industry Employment Survey will be announced.

ADDRESS: Maxine Ballen, NJTC President and CEO, will give The State of NJTC Address, highlighting the Association’s accomplishments as well as the outlook for the technology industry.
