Mr. Mulling has over 25 years of global sales and business development management experience. He has held positions as SVP Sales, Marketing and Business Development with companies such as Bertelsmann, RR Donnelley/Modus Media International and Mitrix, a division of Mitsui USA. In addition to direct sales, Mr. Mulling has developed channel strategy and created strategic and channel sales partnerships worldwide. He serves as a Managing Partner of CapGenic Advisors, an M&A advisory firm based in Newark, Delaware.
