Archer & Greiner Presents Annual Labor & Employment Seminar

Archer & Greiner will host its annual labor and employment legal update on Friday, November 9, 2012 at Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, N.J.

The complimentary breakfast seminar will cover the major state and federal laws affecting employee compensation. Issues covered will include the designation of employees as exempt or non-exempt, timekeeping requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and the appropriate designation of independent contractors.
