“We are delighted to serve as Cherokee Elder Care’s pharmacy provider,” said President Knowlton. “We look forward to working together to reduce medication-related risk for participants while documenting improved economic, clinical and humanistic outcomes.”

CareKinesis partners with healthcare organizations to provide personalized medication therapy management and pharmacy services for high-risk populations. The results are enhanced medication-related outcomes and greater operational efficiency.
“We are a fast growing program and looking for ways to better manage medications for our participants,” stated Cherokee Elder Care Program Director Sharon Washington-Hilton, “When we learned about CareKinesis at a PACE conference and met its executives and staff, we were impressed with the medication packaging options based on individual needs, its complete medication management software module, and the company’s commitment to medication risk management. We appreciated that CareKinesis had worked with other programs; the staff knows and understands PACE.”
PACE organizations nationwide rely on CareKinesis to increase medication adherence and reduce participant hospitalizations and recidivism.
