Delta Corporate Services, a Parsippany, NJ based company, recently awarded its Employee of the Year, Account Executive of the Year, Consultant of the Year and Cindy Onnembo “Be Nice” Employee Spirit Awards at its Kick-Off Meeting on February 10, 2014.
Edison resident and Recruiting Manager, Jerry Vale was presented with the award for Corporate Employee of the Year. During the past year, Vale has remained positive and is always eager to go the extra mile to effectively recruit and make placements, making 18 placements at various clients. Vale brings a high-level of performance and positive attitude to every task that he performs for Delta.
East Hanover resident Robert Geisser was presented with the award for Account Executive of the Year. During the past year, Geisser has been responsible for many placements at various client sites, as well as establishing accounts at new clients. He has also developed existing accounts, which have leveraged the technical and business skills of Delta. His perseverance, performance, and team work helped him secure the win.
Green Village resident, Forrest Shue was presented with the award for Consultant of the Year. During the past year, Shue has made an incredible impact on Delta’s business endeavors. He has been instrumental in bringing ServiceNow, a new Managed Service offering to Delta, and is one of the top Certified ITIL Experts in the country. He was also instrumental in opening new business for Delta last year. Shue has been providing ITIL training to various clients, providing government training and managing Delta’s ServiceNow offerings. He was selected for this award based on his ability and perseverance to continuously do more than is required, ensuring the overall success of both the client and Delta.
The Cindy Onnembo Employee Spirit Award was presented to Steve Pronko of Pittstown. This award is presented annually to one of Delta’s staff members in honor of an employee of Delta’s who passed away in 2003 from cancer. The award is given to a deserving employee who embodies Cindy’s characteristics of enthusiasm, positive attitude, team spirit and an overall dedication to the company.
